Awful/Non existent Customer Service
I am beyond disappointed with the lack of service MTN offers. My mom has been trying to sort out an issue with them for months, only to be met with an array of excuses and MTN blatantly ignoring her emails and complaints. This is not the first time we have struggled with MTN. I really would discourage anyone from joining this network.

06 May 2019, 18:21Just to keep everyone up to date - I received a private reply from an MTN consultant ensuring me that MTN wanted to sort out this matter and did not wish to displease me. They asked for details of the problem so that they could investigate and I rep**** accordingly. Low and behold, this was again met with silence. Sorry to say, but yes I am in fact, "displeased."
