AWFUL SERVICE FROM MTN!!!!

i would just like to say if ever you need a phone, DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT apply for a phone contract online with MTN.

MTN ****ed up my credit score, now i cant take a phone out anywhere!!!

i app**** for an iPhone 13, they sent a Samsung A05. I returned the phone to their store in Southgate Mall(i have proof). i begged them for a cancellation letter, until today NO CANCELLATION LETTER!!!

so when i app**** at other mobile networks they said i don't qualify for a phone because i am owing MTN, they said I haven't paid MTN in two mouths.

HOW CAN I OWE MTN FOR A PHONE I NEVER ORDERED OR HAVE???
