Awful service!

I am sick of this network! I cancelled a data contract last year. The service consultant la that assisted me were awful! I put the cancellation request within the cooling off period, I paid for the data I had used, now they expect me to pay a cancellation fee even though I cancelled within the cooling off period. I have been calling them every other week, since last year September, yet they’re still sending me tax invoices monthly, because they want me to pay the cancellation fee. Every consult I speak to tells me that they are trying to resolve the issue, but nothing happens. This has negatively affected my credit score and I am livid about this! Bozza network my foot! 😡
