Awful service
I want to convert my long expired contract number to prepaid-no success with the useless 808 number! I have been calling for the past ten days numerous times per day & my calls get dropped after listening to the repetitive noise while holding for years. Mtn please convert *** to prepaid NOW before you load a new monthly package so you can milk me some more. I have even emailed my request-no response. Please!
