Awful Customer Service from MTN

MTN terminated my account without notice and two of my contract numbers are no longer available. I paid what they said was the arrears in March but I still have not heard from them even though I have mailed them weekly for updates. I will not recommend them to anyone. They have lost the “human” touch.
