Awesome service - Above and beyond!

<p>After many frustrating attempts to have my queries sorted, I always end back at the one employee at MTN who finds someone to help me. It isnt his job - he isnt my relationship manager - I feel bad always going back to him for help - but he just seems to be the only person who HELPS. Richard Gardner - you are our hero. If MTN employed thousands more like you in their Customer experience departments, they would get nothing but compliments on Hello Peter. Thank you for all that you do for our business.
