Awesome customer service

I had a few issues with my Mtn contact regarding CLI as well as a double charge when purchasing data.

I contacted the call centre a few times & while the consultants were helpful, my issues were not resolved. I was then referred to Kevin Steeneveld who deals with customer complaints.

I would like to commend Kevin on the service he provided - he is very professional, knowledgeable & helpful. He certainly prevented something as simple as this from becoming a bigger issue that it should have been.
