Awaiting upgrade feedback

Disappointed with upgrade sales and courier service please call Mr Zenzele Godfrey Nhlapho regarding upgrade with devices not delivered.Order *** and advice what went wrong because he did everything including Debicheck approvals with his bank and now it says delivery return to warehouse but nobody came and delivered and his bank has also canceled the debit heck.He wants to know what really happened as he has been paying for a contract he no longer uses but now that he upgrade to get devices there is a problem and its unacceptable for such service.He called again to follow up yesterday and was told its escalated but nobody has contacted him ref ***.His contact information was updated on point of sale.
