Awaiting for HP to collect a default laptop for almost four months

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>after a a month of purchasing a laptop on contract from MTN, we realized the screen brightness levels were inconsistent and later the laptop would radomly switch itself off. </p> <p> </p> <p>We we sent it to MTN in Century we were advised that they're the middle man only log a reference to HP.They in turn contact us to collect and fix the laptop almost four months of waiting. every time we need to use it we need to keep switching it on and off, yet it even 6 months of purchasing it, Each time we go to mtn they advise us that they can't assist </p>
