AWAITING FOR CANCELLATION.

I have contacted MTN on the 3/12/2020 to cancel my contract and keep my number with them and they haven't cancelled. i called them on the 15/12/2020 to check and the lady at the call centre informed me my contract is still active and the contract has not been canceled. I contacted them again today and the call centre put me through the cancellation department and no answer. MTN Cancellation department is the worse ever they dont attend to calls. I always had to go through the customer service department. I am still waiting for them to contact me to cancel my contract. There service is very disappointing and when i went into the mtn store they informed me i would need to contact the call center which they are not helpful.
