Awaiting for a product for more than a week now

I have been waiting for delivery of my new phone after an upgrade for almost more than a week now and the company appointed by MTN called DSV Couriers keeps on giving me the run around.

Can MTN please sort this out or cancel my upgrade as i am sure other providers will give me better service and also appoint competent partners to deliver our products?
