AWAITING CREDIT FROM *****LENT SIM USAGE

I have been a loyal corporate MTN subscriber since 2006, where my account was held at Nashua Mobile, until November 2014 when I received the most ********** and disappointing client experience during the migration to MTN (Nashua Mobile closed doors). During this period ********** usage was made on my sim card and when numerous calls were made to the call centre (808/809) on why my phone bill was so high they said nothing could be done until I receive my statement. So in effect, despite me reporting a potential issue with my high phone call usage to the call centre they said they could do nothing till I receive my itemised billing which only occured 3-weeks later - so during this period someone had free usage to my sim at my expense despite me reporting it earlier on.I am still waiting final feedback and confirmation as to the way forward regarding these calls as well as the necessary credits to be passed.I've received numerous reference numbers but no-one is following up with me on next steps.

If this is the future service to be received then I am seriously considering moving over to another mobile network.
I require urgent assistance from someone senior at the Retention Centre

Hello milanr,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.

We have now perused your account and see that there was a credit amount of R650.09 allocted to the account for the failed usage limit barring not kicking in for the month of December 2014.

We do also see the request (REQ:***) that was logged for the calls being disputed on cell-phone number *** was closed with comments stating the calls were valid and no duplicates were found.

If you are saying that the calls were made without your consent or authorization, you will need to confirm in who's possession SIM card number *** is right now? This is the secondary SIM card of your dual SIM service.

Regards
Tim
