Awaiting Account

I've been a customer of them for more than 10 years. They email my account every month from Jan to December. Every January however the account stops coming and I have to phone like again this year to get them to send me my accounts. I have now called them many times as well as send them emails to please send me my accounts.<br> Emails sent on 30/1/15 (Ref No. *** and ***), also on 2/2/15 (***) and also on 4/2/15 (***). I also send them some messages on their Facebook which they asked if they can assist. When I however told them my problem no one ever came back to me.<br> Also I tried to setup my account on their website but that is a nightmare that is impossible. Simply stated I just want my electronic account emailed to me like always. How difficult is that?
