Good day <br> <br> Dear Wenzile Masina - REQ:*** - So pls tell me if I am understanding this correctly - I have had my phone now for more than 6 months (meaning almost 24months) -as my new upgrade is due in Aug 2015. I only have the box & contract. My charger is gone & so are my ear phones. So what does that mean? Must I first buy an original BB charger before I will be assisted!!?? I JUST NEED THIS TO BE SORTED OUT!! <br> Id no: ***<br> Cell: *** <br> <br> IF MY PHONE IS NOT GOING TO BE REPAIRED I WILL NOT RENEW ANY OF MY 3 CURRENT CONTRACTS I HAVE WITH YOU!!!<br> <br>
