AVTIVATE/ retrieve my sim ASAP

I cant get through to the retension centre. Waiting time is 45 min. This is unexeptable!

This number needs to be ACTIVATED today. My phone has been disconnected since wedsnesday. If this oroblem is not resolved today i'm going to all social media platforms available.

I stopped a prepaid but spesifically asked to KEEP MY NUMBER ACTIVE.
