Avoiding Client Queries
<p>in 2009 i took up a foschini staff discounted mtn contract with magadalaine (mtn rep) in 2010 i reported it ******, my account has been debited ever since and only stopped this year when i queried it , i have sent numerous queries since july 2016 for statements and the credit balance to be sent back to me , i call mtn and i am given 5 different numbers to call back and still no one can help me, mtn tells me the number is sold to a business and they can't help me, after robbing me for so long now mtn says they can't help me, i have not been getting statements for years now, this service is disgusting , ********* , mtn is fais acredited but not producing the results it should be according to the Fais act, i expect results by COB 12/10/2016 or i will be forced to pursue this further</p>

Kindly note its 2 years later and i still have not received a response from MTN, i have not received any settlement statement or received feedback on credit balance due to be reimbursed, pathetic service provider.
