AVOID TAKING A CONTRACT WITH THEM BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE

I am truly disappointed with the service from MTN I have fully settled my MTN contract last year and received an email and call from them confirming the cancellation of my contract but to my surprise, MTN has put a default status on my credit report and is currently making it difficult for me to get a home loan. Imagine being denied the opportunity to purchase a property because of MTN incompetence. They are quick to offer you contracts and continually harass you to take a new contract but are unable to update your credit report once you have completed paying. Now i might lose my dream home because of a lousy R 150 pm contract. I strongly advise people not to take any contract with them.
