Avoid MTN unless you want to have NO signal!

I cannot believe how pathetically useless MTN has become! I've been using them for close to 20 years, but since Feb 2021 their signal and service has gotten worse and worse. I have constantly complained and reported to them about Site T3204, which we are only 900m away from. We have current contracts with them as well. The signal NEVER works, unless you are literally standing under the tower. They do not replace the batteries, they do not do proper maintenance either, and after numerous emails to the site manager, security manager and coverage desk - we still get no response. We want to cancel our contracts as we feel it is a breach of the consumer act as we are forced to pay for a service that MTN does not provide!
