Avoid MTN if you do not want to constantly worry about being silently accused.

I had a router a year ago suddenly a year later I got told that there was an amount outstanding handed me over without even trying to get hold of me Mtn has no record of ever trying to get hold of me to settle this amount. If I try get hold of them they refuse to help me.

When tried to ask for an investigation, wrote a complaint, called support, etc., nothing came of it. The worst service by a network that I have used for as long as I have used mobile service. Appalling!! I am glad to be out from their influence bc they are ******** and *****.
