Avoid MTN if you can...

This is a bit delayed, but I do believe I should name the people to watch out for. I upgraded my contract in April 2018 and requested that I keep my current mobile device and go from the MTN Sky services to 500min per month and approx. 6.5GIG. People beware - Bradley Marian - promised exactly that, but after the first month, I realised I was not receiving what I was promised. Long story short, no matter my attempts to resolve it with Bradley, he kept ignoring me, or putting the phone down in my ear - despite the fact that it was him who made a glorious mess of everything! I was being overcharged for an item he didnt cancel, I was promised an extra 200min and 1.5GIG at a specific amount, which turned out to be false, or rather a lie and was then expected to pay additional for it, despite what I had agreed to telephonically on my initial call for an upgrade.

Do not deal with BRADLEY MARIAN - he ****, he was terribly rude and thereafter ignored me, despite the fact that I needed HIM to sort out the mess HE had made. His supervisor TINY TSELE also ignored all my pleas for help. She had absolutely no interest in helping me out, yet ironically enough I was constantly referred to their department for my issue to be resolved. Ironic - the very people who stuff you around, lie to you, then ignore you are the very people who are required to sort out their mess?? What gives MTN?

I contacted MTN a number of times, through the call centre and Facebook, and only when I threatened to contact the CEO or tweet him on Twitter, did someone resolve my issue. Needless to say, I am STILL not getting what I paid for at the agreed price, and am still paying more than what was agreed. I STILL dont have a copy of my contract despite numerous requests. Very disappointing experience.
