AVOID MTN Fibre

Don't bother trying to get mtn fibre. They are useless. I app**** or home fibre and I was sent a conformation code SSL ***3. When I finally inquired about the installation date I was informed there is a fibre installation at my address. This is an utter lie. I stayed at this address since 1994 and there NEVER was any fibre installations. I get no response from sending E-mails to the person that I dealt with, Zandile Phetra. I get NO response for trying to phone them. I get NO SERVICE out of MTN. Their phone line *** is a ****. I spent 0ver 46 minutes this morning listening to their loop recording informing informing you to hang on. I now assume MTN is not interested in providing me with fibre and cancelled the service from their side. STAY AWAY FROM MTN
