Avoid MTN

Last year I took out a data contract with MTN . NEVER received modem or data SIM . Debit order went off . Tried to cancel contract last year . MTN customer care told me I must pay a cancellation fee at a branch . Went to 4 different branches - not one store know what cancellation fee is . So I stopped debit order . Now they want to blacklist me . STILL havent got any products or data . Called MTN again this morning - transfered 4 times . Last lady said I must put the phone down a call again she cant sort it out !! Ive called, emailed and done everything to sort out this and they dont do anything than just trying to push debit order through . Already changed service provider without any issues so far .
