Avoid MTN everywhere you go

Avoid MTN and at all cost, avoid their insurance cover. My phone was ****** and after a month of sending documents proving I had signed for the insurance it was found that they had not registered me on their system. I then had to pay 3 months back pay on the insurance premiums on top of the excess fee. After all of this they did not send me the same type of phone that was ****** for which I paid the premiums for rather a cheaper and slower phone. They refused to drop the monthly premium I was paying meaning I am paying the original premium but left with a worse phone. They have since sent me a survey email however they put all the blame on their staff despite their horrible policies being at fault. I cannot emphasize this enough stay away from MTN insurance and as much as possible stay away from MTN.
