Avoid MTN at all costs.

In the last few months MTN debited my bank account with about R30,000 for expences that I did not authorized. I have contacted MTN who told me that the payments were *****. MTN refused to repay me. MTN told me that I must go to the SAPS. MTN also refused to change my email address. MTN also refused to give access to my accounts when wanted to cancel some old accounts. I was at 2 different MTN shops. I have send emails to MTN with no response. MTN must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been with MTN for more than 30 years. On the moment MTN is absolutely hopeless.
