Avoid MTN at all coats
I have been a loyal MTN customer for many years, but forthe last two, I have had problem after problems with MTN and I feel that prospective and current clients need to hear about this, before taking out a new contract, or upgrading their current one
As a result of the first wave of the coronavirus last year, I had to make a payment arrangement to pay arrears, due to my not being able to work(I have 2 comorbilites and work on the front line).
I have kept to my side of the deal religiously, so you can imagine how surprised I was when I got an sms stating that due to non payment, my line had been suspended. My line was suspended right while I was on a call to a prospective client.
The gentleman who was dealing with my account left MTN yesterday. When I asked him to refer me to another agent, he told me that "no one was willing to take on my account" and that I should email his former superior( which is pretty hard to do, as my wifi provider is MTN.)
I made a plan and was able to try calling and emailing members of that department, with little success.
I have had nothing, but trouble with mtn recently, from network issues to staff being rude and unhelpful.
I couldn't help that covid srarted, yet I did the responsibile thing and made a payment arrangement, which I kept.
Please sort my problem out asap
