AVOID MTN AND MONDO

I would give a minus if it was possible. I have been trying to resolve an unauthorised upgrade on my MTN account and cancel a data line that came to the end of the contract. I went to the MTN branch twice but they just pass you onto the 135 number. I have emailed I have phoned I have spoken to so many agents, how do you resolve such pathetic service????
