A Horrible business in cahoots with its outsourcing company ISON. You call 135 to downgrade a contract then later you find out you were upgraded without your consent and MTN's complaints department is as useless. AVOID EVER TAKING A CONTRACT FROM MTN. . You will get tossed around and given imaginary numbers that do no exist.
