Avoid doing Contracts with MTN! System e-offline. Pathetic.

We have been trying for 2 days consecutively, driving up and and down to sign a mobile Contract with MTN in Mooirivier Mall. We struggled for 30 just to verify biometrics, over and over again. After an hour , we were told we need a letter from the bank - almost at closing time! Today we return and submit the letter as requested, discuss packages again, waiting 45 for pre-approval just to be told that system is offline, they can’t complete transaction and we can perhaps try again tomorrow . Routers and systems are being worked on and the issue is a head office. We have wasted 2 days, just to walk out empty handed and epically frustrated!!! Why even offer a deal, when u cant see it through and not provide the services and product that you need to sell?! MTN - your services are PATHETIC and how do you suppose your sales dept should generate commission on sales if your main frame isn’t working!!!! Not only are you losing customers, but your sales dept wont reach target! Utterly ridiculous and pathetic!
