AVOID AT ALL COST

I recently took up a WiFi package with them and everything was delivered, however after that I was left to hang dry because no one assisted me in ensuring that my internet was set up. I have spent a fortune through the course of 3 days trying to get the SIM RICA'd and no one seems to know how to assist. I am now sitting with a router that doesn't serve any purpose. The service is very poor they don't have a complaints department. there is zero accountability and no absolutely no courtesy to new-to-company customers even though they know that getting internet does require some degree of support. even that one star is not fitting
