Available airtime funds
Hi, I purchased airtime to the value of R30 of which R10.10 was deducted due to extra time. I had a balance of R19.90 and this morning I have R0 funds available without making any calls and I do have WiFi in our home. This is unacceptable and very very disturbing. I need assistance urgently please!!! This the reason why I do not load airtime or data is because MTN is constantly taking funds from their subscribers. I want my airtime back please.

25 Apr 2024, 20:05So i received a reply from MTN stating that the airtime I had loaded was used for the extra time of which the balance was R10.20. How can R30 airtime be used for extra time balance of R10.20?? Does that make logical sense? R30-R10.20=R19.80. Simple equation done by primary school goers. Unacceptable. If i cannot get my airtime back, i am escalating this matter to the Ombudsmen!
