Autopage to MTN Fiasco

My wife had a contract with Autopage where she received 200 sms and 300Mb of data included in her package per month. Since the move to MTN, due to Autopage's closure, she is struggling to get these contract items back.

In numerous calls with MTN's support staff she was promised that they will log an incident with a department that will correct these contract items. Every time she is told it will take 24 hours and that she needs to phone the next day to confirm that it has been done. When she calls she is told that the support staff member logged it to the incorrect department and that they will log it now.

She has spoken to Sibusiso, Gift, Darryl, Brandon, Eunice and Simon and every time the promise is made that it will be corrected. Today when she phoned AGAIN she was told by Simon that it will now take 3-7 working days as once again he had to log an incident to the correct department.

Based on the above it seems as if:
1) MTN is not honoring the contract that my wife has signed with MTN via Autopage. Is MTN thus in breach of contract?
2) MTN's support staff do not have the necessary s****s to assist customers when they call in.
3) MTN expects the customer to keep on following up as no feedback is given by MTN.

What we expect now would be the following:
1) That the initial contract be honored
2) That the 200 sms and 300 Mb be written back to the day when my wife's account was moved over to MTN as she now has no data, no sms and since today after calling Simon no airtime too and this is on a CONTRACT!

If the above is not adhered to we will seek to terminate the contract with MTN based on the fact that they have breached the contract by not allocating 200 sms and 300Mb data per month.

Furthermore, we have approved to credit the sms and data charges as follows:
