Autopage repair

My Mtn account was transferred from autopage to Mtn. My handset need to be booked in for a repair I have been to the Mtn shop numerous of times where I was shown away due to the fact that the Autopage documents that was send to me during the transfer shows insufficient information. As a Business man I am loosing money and dont have time to drive to the store daily. I feel that Mtn need to make a plan to get the detail as I pay them. I cannot get the pop from Autopage they are closed surely you need to have the information on the system. I left my handset at the store and I need a resolution from you as to when the handset will be repaired. The service received from Mtn SP so far is extremely disappointing.
