Automatically subscribed to "SA LINGO", "REYCREO", GAMER + H5 DAILY", and "JOKERPLAY" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

I had been buying airtime to make phone calls as I work from home, but after a while I noticed that my airtime seemed to go up very quickly. I checked my MTN invoices and I had seen nothing relating to the airtime that was being taken.

2 days ago, I bought airtime and I decided to check my balance before making a call. I bout R20, but I was only credited with R12.65. This made me realize that this has been going on for 4 months.

I called 135 and they advised that this is strange and that my airtime will be refunded to me, but after speaking to the 3rd person here, the lady advised that there are 4 subscriptions on my account. When I asked where I accepted these amounts to go off, they were not able to give me anything. In fact, I was sent an itimized billing statement which i had to PAY FOR, and there was absolutely nothing on here to help me. The lady told me that she would cancel my subscriptions and follow up on refunds, but I received an email stating that the query was closed and I had received no refund. I contacted 135 again and when I was given the *155# to dial to cancel the subscriptions, i noticed that the subscriptions were not cancelled as I was told on the 30th of March 2021.

Now, 4 months later Dec, Jan, Feb and March, I have been buying airtime but every single day these amounts have been deducted form the airtime that I buy!!

SA LINGO charges R2 per day x 120 days = R240 REYCREO charges R9 per month x 4 months = R36 GAMER+ H5 DAILY charges R3 per day x 120 days = R360 JOKERPLAY charges R7 per day x 120 days = R840 A total of R1476 just taken from the airtime that I continue to buy!!!!

This is flat out THEFT. I was not asked to NOR DID I GIVE MY PERMISSION for these subscriptions.
