Automatically subscibed to Reycreo without permission

I have been automatically subscribed to some service called Reycreo without my permission.

Just received an SMS thanking me for my subscription when I have neither been prompted for, nor wanted this subscription. If I attempt to unsubscribe, I am told that I do not currently have any subscriptions even though R9 has already been deducted from my account.

Extremely disappointing that this is still going on at MTN months after the problem has been brought to their attention.
