Automatic Subscription to REYCRO 4 times in 2 days

Hi there - On Saturday Morning 8h27 I received a message thanking me for my subscription to 'REYCREO' at R9.00 a month. I did no nor have I ever subscribed to any MTN SUBS or services !! I immediately unsubscribed and was advised that I have been unsubscribed but R9.00 had already been deducted from my airtime balance. This happened again another 2 times on Saturday and then once on Sunday. This is Downright THEFT !!!!!!!!!!!!! MTN should be taken to taks for this. The nerve of deducting money from unsuspecting customers to Line their own pockets. I have tried to call MTN on Sunday and was kept on hold for over 16 minutes being told that they were experiencing a high volume of calls. I am now not going to phone them back and am going to lay a claim of ***** and then at my local Police station. I DID not give authority to anyone to deduct these monies from my Airtime Balance. MTN are ******* and their service really sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
