Automatic subscription

How do I turn off automatic subscription. I've allegedly subscribed to 4 services in March. One of those services was in a foreign language. No kids at home nor do I consume alcohol and these subscriptions only happen in the early hours of the morning. Can mtn plz contact and explain. thanks
