<p>What is happening with Mtn , every time I load airtime and try to make my first call the i have insufficient airtime , how so ? If I never made any calls. <br />I need my airtime back, should this continue I would like to cancel and move to another network .</p>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly be advised your usage was validated for the period of 01 November 2016 till 14 November 2016, as per system record, we note that you have multiple internet applications running simultaneously on your iPhone 6 device hence the depletion of the data bundles and airtime.
Please be advised you need to always ensure that you do not have multiple internet connection running at same time. You may contact the data support desk 1555 (free from mtn sim card) or *** ( from a different service provider) in order to get assistance on how to check and close the multiple applications on the your handset.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
