attitude of some employees??????

I've been complaining to mtn customer care for 15 days now about overcharged after upgrade I get emails from +-10 different persons even when 1 ask for more information the reply is from another person. how a problem be resolved if 10 different people handling it always getting reply I/we have escalated you query but nobody can solve issue. today itself I was on the call with lady and she argued with me this is the kind of call center agents mtn employ to argue with clients & knowing she is wrong ... she is a flipping idiot. I worked in operations and even when I'm right I never argue with a client. she really ****ed me off. people like her gets into places like this is through contacts not merit I won't give her name on this platform mtn will know who the ***** once the investigate. mtn you have a few pure unqualified personal in your employ please educate your department to handle 1 case to 1 individual not all trying to solve 1 complaint but non can do together
