Attention MTN please clear my name credit bureau

Attention MTN. please clear my name from credit bureau.

I want to start of this by expressing my frustration and anger towards MTN./Mondo

A sales consultant from Mondo named Angleen Somnath dealer code 509578 .sold me a MNT contract in 17 June of 2021 .. 120 gigs R199 ... She **** to me that the SIM card be used on my cell phone when infact it only could be used on a router... Only when I receive the SIM card that was delivered to me on the 23 June 2021 I realised and called back ...I spoke to Reuben sewpersadh and he acknowledged everything that infact the consultant did lie to me so he cancelled the SIM card for me(ref cancellation RCO124602) which ultimately MNT does the final cancellation ...which never happened..... I kept phoning gave me alot of stories MTN is slow there got a new system.. wasted alot of airtime and most importantly my time .... I even told them make sure that I do not get billed because I cancelled the same day I received the SIM card....to my worst surprise I get a bill from MTN on email 2021 /07/16....

I keep trying with MTN ( cancellation ref ***). After I received the bill ..I kept on getting phone calls from MTN for payment and I kept on explaining to them which they acknowledged and emails upon emails nothing got resolved... Months passed .My frustration grew ....

I went to head office MTN umlangha on 3 November 2021. I spoke to vasigan Naidoo I explained him everything he apologized and gave me his sad stories.he said he will resolve this and gave me his email address so I can contact him directly. to my surprise still was not sorted ..I emailed him 2021/12/1... Everything seemed to sorted out .. yes 6 month's long....

And here we are almost 1 year later I see on my credit bureau that I'm owing R321.00 It's says it's been written off... I called the credit bureau they need a letter of settlement from MTN or a letter off good standing so my name can be clear on the credit bureau record..... This is effecting my score and my ability to apply ...

All the above is on your system MTN/mondo with all my records...

Please clear my name and take this email very seriously..
