I’m so mad, I’ve been using MTN for years and I have never had such issues. I lodge a complaint last year July 2020 up today I’m still complaining over the same issue and their reply is they busy handling. I’ve been handed over to lawyers because my account says I’m owing when I call MTN they say , they will allocate the money to the account I should relax.. went to the store in Mthatha EC, the lady couldn’t help due to the new system which they can’t operate, whose fault is that????

MTN fix this urgently it’s long overdue....
