Attempts to cancel contract blatantly ignored!

I tried calling to cancel my account as per thd email received but cannot reach anyone.

11 October 2921Called 083 135 from *** at 15.39 11 min 31 secs and then called 083 135 from *** at 16:49 on hold for 40 min

Please assist urgently

Despite various follow-ups, I received no reply and mailed to say that I will cancel my debit order. My bank reversed my October debit order and today MTN deducted double the amount. I tried to call this morning but the cancellation department only operates Monday to Friday during business hours.

I want my contract cancel and my money refunded asap.
