Attempts at *****ing my money

For the past five (5) months I have been struggling to clear my name in the eyes of the mtn cronies.

My nightmare began on October 1st, 2016 when my data sim did not work. I took the matter lightly, yet ended up reporting it to the nearest mtn store (located in Heidelberg, Gauteng). Upon a quick check on their systems I was notified that my account was upgraded and that I had taken a brand new Samsung S7 Edge. I disproved this claim and was advised to make an affidavit and a certified copy of both my id book and driver's license. I did all of this and send back all these documents on the 6th of the same month (October 2016).

Fast forward to today, 02 March 2017 I am still battling with mtn's inept services, or personnel. Things have gotten so bad, that I have been listed on their legal department and am being threatened with being blacklisted.

Ordinarily I would not have a problem with everything that has come to pass, but five months of incompetence and a blatant disregard for my rights as a consumer has led me to believe that mtn is messing up with people like myself in order to recoup all the money they had to pay to the other African country they messed up in.

I am planning on a legal course of action against mtn, because my many words, through various platforms to mtn have fallen on deaf ear.
