Attempted to report ********** Activity

I have attempted to contact MTN regarding noted ********** activity. I was given a number to contact to speak to someone at the ***** department, however was just sent back to the initial contact center. It was a continuous back and forth with no one being able to advise on what I should do. I have also sent an email requesting someone contact me and have submitted a formal ***** report on their website. I have not received any feedback.
