Attempted physical fight by a consultant from Mtn from Mall @ Carnival

I bought a ZTE router with a data sim from Mtn Alberton and I was advised after a year it will take all networks but it's my 3rd year now it still not taking other networks.

So I called in Mtn Carnival Mall on Friday last week and spoke to Motlalepule, she was very rude on the phone ended saying I can come from Monday so they can unblock it for me,

I decided to go today but I called first and spoke to Mr See-Darren to avoid driving to the store for nothing and he said I can come they close at 7pm today.

I got to the store he wasn't around and Motlalepule said how can I help and I explained my problem and with an attitude she said you spoke to me, what happened is that she said I'm a ****, she said it's my fault that I came to the store without asking to speak to her asking if I can come, I said I forgot your name she then said oh well you should have wrote it down as my router back home is working and yours is not working, she said her router is uncapped and fully paid for so I shouldn't make my problem her problem.

We started arguing and she said I'm tired of customers thinking "the customer is always rite" she wanted to attack me physically and her colleagues stopped her, I would like a footage and I'm taking this further and actions should be taken as it's a traumatic experience for me.

Lebo Mohapi is the manager and he/she was not in, I left the router in store and she's like you will find it where you left, she attempted to fight me while there were customers in the store.
