went to MTN Soshanguve crossing, and received the most horifying service by one of your staff members called thelma. 1. when i walked in i was not even recognised even though they were not busy, just sitting around the table with a friend chatting 2. after a while i was asked what i wanted, with an attitude from where she was sitted so meaning i had to shout out what i wanted -after taking her time she then moved to her table and just looked at me, then said come (with an attitude. - when i got to her table i asked why she was treating me the way she was, in a polite manner, i expressed how i felt and she started attacking me and raising her voice at me saying things like (what do i want from her, is she not helping me regardless, do i know she has the right not to help me, since i have a mouth i must jjust go she has decided she is not going to help me)

i believe your employees are a reflection of who you are as a company and if i can be yelled at like that as if i am trash that is not important then i would rather take my business elsewere, were i will be appreciated as a customer.

how do i walk in to a store and go out, angry frustrated but most of all humiliated
