Atrocious service Mtn

I had the most horrible experience of my life with MTN call center. I logged a query on the third of February 2021 and to date my query hasn't been resolved, and what's worse is how rude the staff is and they have a I don't care attitude. The lady at reception told me that they have lots of queries to resolve I must just wait. It takes MTN over three weeks to resolve a query and my time is wasted on holding while the call center agents say they are tryi g to resolve the issue. I was told that the call center manager, Abegail Mogale will call me back and to date I am still waiting. It's just an appalling service, for such a big company
