Atrocious service delivery regarding MTN insurance claim

My wife's phone screen was damaged and she lodged a claim against her MTN insurance, Ticket ID 700834. The timelines set out below: Claim approved: 22 April 2022 Date of 1st enquiry: 13 May 2022 Send address for collection: 15 May 2022 Device collected: 28 May 2022 Device scheduled for delivery: Wednesday 8 June 2022

Today we are at 10 June and still no phone. I phoned them today and they could not assist because their system is offline!

I myself have been a customer of MTN for 18 years but this is unacceptable and atrocious service. I will be definitely looking for a different service provider for both my wife and I. Good buy MTN
