Atrocious service

MTN's service is beyond appalling! I ordered a Data router on contract 2 weeks ago. First of all, I was not made aware when the router was ready for pick up until I followed up about a week later. Then I picked up the router and I was basically told that it won't be set up for me so I would have to come back another time should it not work because the technician had left for the day. I have since visited the Morningside store twice to have it set up and called the technical hub twice and the damn thing STILL doesn't work and no one cares.
