Atrocious Service

I have been sending emails for over a week now regarding a contract upgrade but nobody has the decency to respond!! I received read reports on the emails but still not a word from them. They apparently use some useless bunch from Durban called Buy Mondo for upgrades who are even worse than Mtn themselves
