Atrocious Attitudes
I have had two occasions to go into the Longbeach branch of MTN, and dealt with two different ladies on each occasion. Both times it was very clear that they were less than inclined to help me, and that I was basically a bother on their time. On both occasions the lady I was dealing with, while I was talking to them, ignored me and started talking to a colleague. Their mannerisms were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and while they were able to offer the most basic of assistance, it seemed to be a traumatic experience for the both of them to do their jobs.
